Ready for something a little different in casual dining? Then, particularly if you are interested in antiques, the Back Porch Tea Room is for you! The Back Porch Tea Room is a bit off the beaten path if you are vacationing or staying in Orlando Florida. If you are on the West end of the city, as are many that visit to take in the theme parks, the Back Porch Tea Room is then closer.

With lots of seating inside in air conditioning, in the outside back porch, or on the back deck overlooking the lake, this tea room is open from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm daily, year round. It offers lots more than just a nice place to sit and enjoy including a drink, some soup or salad, a sandwich and a delicious dessert for a very low fixed price. A good deal, for sure, and the meal was lovely.
Their nutritious, and where possible, locally sourced menu caters to almost every taste, and you will be delighted with how their friendly and very capable servers deliver your picnic meal. Yes, in a picnic basket. Sorry, you can’t keep the basket. 🙂
